All concepts, designs, videos, music, software, and creative assets remain the property of Globem Inc. until full payment is received.
7. Client Content
Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all files, logos, music, videos, images, and other materials submitted for their projects.
8. Revisions & Scope Changes
Project revisions are limited to those included in the agreement. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.
9. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines depend on timely client approvals and required materials. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery dates.
10. Online Auditions
Submitting an audition does not guarantee selection, employment, or future collaboration. All applications are reviewed based on project requirements.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information, business data, and project details private unless disclosure is required by law.
12. Refund Policy
Payments for consultation, digital services, creative production, customized work, and completed milestones are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
Globem Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our websites, services, or deliverables.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our websites or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
